Grading Policies

When buying from me, you agree to my policies

I only grade the front of the pins, not the back. Sides depend on level of damage, but small issues will be deemed acceptable.

Reminder that all pins are handmade and small imperfections are to be expected.  No pin is 100% perfect.

STANDARD GRADE

These pins are the best of the batch. They may contain minor flaws on close inspection. Flaws may include small air bubbles in the enamel, slight scuffs, etc. Most will only be seen in certain lightings. At arms length, these flaws will not be noticeable and do not detract from the overall design.


SECONDS

These pins will contain larger flaws that are more noticeable. Flaws may include underfilled enamel, special effect errors, discoloring, noticeable plating errors, scuffs/scratches, dents, etc.


All batches are different, so grading will vary.


Restocks

I am open to restocks (not LE) or variants (LE), if there is interest.

Trading/Selling

You can trade or sell pins if you decide you no longer want them. You do not have to wait.

Returns

All sales are final and I do not accept returns or refunds. This includes pre-orders. Keep in mind pre-orders can take 6 months, depending on manufacturing.

Shipping

For any address changes, please contact me. I am not responsible for any taxes/fees/customs, damages during shipping, or lost mail. Please contact your local post office if your package is lost or damaged. 

Cancellations and Bans

I reserve the right to cancel any orders. If this is the case, you will be contacted to discuss why. This will only occur for legitimate and necessary reasons. I also reserve the right to ban those who act disrespectfully.
